Ingredients
- Two 12 oz. packages of Frozen Baby Broccoli Florets
- 2 Cans Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
Directions
- Slightly thaw broccoli (I let the bags sit out on the kitchen counter for 1 hour prior to cooking)
- After broccoli has slightly thawed, combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir.
- Transfer to a Crockpot
- Cook on high for approx. 2.5 – 3 hours, or until done.
