Cheesy Crock Pot Brocolli

  • Two 12 oz. packages of Frozen Baby Broccoli Florets
  • 2 Cans Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper


  • Slightly thaw broccoli (I let the bags sit out on the kitchen counter for 1 hour prior to cooking)
  • After broccoli has slightly thawed, combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir.
  • Transfer to a Crockpot
  • Cook on high for approx. 2.5 – 3 hours, or until done.
