Pumpkin Pie Bites

Pumpkin Pie Bites : 4 ingredients, HEALTHY, simple, fast...they are a great  treat for the holidays that won't add inches!

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Grind your almonds to a fine meal in your Food Processor.  Add the dates, vanilla, & spice and continue to process until a smooth ball of dough is formed.  Take a pinch, roll it into a ball, and you can even roll it into more pumpkin pie spice.
