Lemon-Glazed Salmon with Garlic Panko | KitchMe

Ingredients

5 oz salmon fillet
12 lemon
1 tbsp honey
1 sprig thyme
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 sprig fresh rosemary
12 cup panko bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange salmon fillets in a baking dish. Juice and zest lemon, reserving both. Combine the honey with the lemon juice in a microwave safe bowl and heat in microwave until honey is hot. Add thyme sprigs and let set for one minute, allowing thyme to infuse honey. Brush the salmon fillets with honey mixture and bake in oven for 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness.
  2. While salmon is cooking, warm the olive oil with the garlic and rosemary in a skillet over medium until fragrant. Add the panko and cook, stirring constantly, until golden crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove the skilled from the heat, add the lemon zest and season to taste with salt and pepper. Discard the rosemary sprig and garlic clove.
  3. Remove salmon from the oven and served sprinkled with bread crumbs.
