Healthy Pumpkin Dip

    Ingredients
    • ½ cup pureed pumpkin
    • ½ cup plain yogurt
    • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
     
    Directions
    1. Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl.
    1. Mix until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
    1. Refrigerate for 1 -2 hours.
