Sweet and Creamy Strawberry Appetizers

i am thinking mini grahams,cream cheese frosting of some sort and the strawberry! Strawberry Appetizers Easy appetizer -- tastes just like cheesecake!

Ingredients:
  • 8-oz. package cream cheese.
  • Brown sugar
  • Trisket crackers, original flavor
  • Strawberries, hulled and cut in slices
Directions:
Cut cream cheese into squares just a little smaller than a trisket. Roll each square in the brown sugar and place on a Trisket – top with a strawberry slice. Enjoy!!
